With over 20 years experience in the beer and catering industry, as chef, bar owner and restaurateur, Richard knows a thing or two about food and beer. For the last four years Richard has been talking, demonstrating and presenting at events from the BBC Good Food Show to Leith’s School of Food and Wine. His lively and inspirational style has resulted in TV and extensive media work, from Maxim magazine’s ‘Beer Chef’ to regular guest presenter on BBC radio York. Richard has hosted gourmet food and beer events at numerous prestige venues including regular events at Harvey Nichols, and a gourmet beer dinner at The British Ambassadors residence in Paris in March this year. He still finds time to cook for, and organize prestige corporate and private events. The Food and Beer Cook book is Richard’s first book.
