Lois Whittaker

Lois Whittaker became interested in healthy eating after being advised to change to a dairy-free diet, following breast cancer and she’s been free of cancer now for two years.Much research followed, and then the fun bit – trying recipes to ensure they were not only healthy and nutritious, but also tasted good and were easy to make – the result is her friendly book, Dairy Free Cookery - Tips on Healthy Eating Following Cancer.

Lois works for the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health. In her spare time she is a fitness instructor and advises her clients on nutrition and exercise, through her own business ‘workout pros.’
